A bit about my approach to therapy…

Drawing from a variety of tools and approaches, I help reshape unproductive thought patterns and address unhealthy behavior and coping mechanisms. Together, we uncover strengths and empower you to face life's challenges with newfound direction and confidence! I frequently integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to create a deeper connection and facilitate meaningful, lasting change.

At the end of the day, my approach all begins and ends with a trusted and authentic relationship. I desire clients to connect to a hopeful vision for their future and I believe no one should have to do that alone.
